The PowerLine cables don't get much heat on this site but I can vouch for them being good and durable. There are videos on YouTube of this cable being used to tow a car and also someone else lifting their weight with them.

I had the previous version of the braided cable and it failed about 11 months in. Contacted them and they sent the new version out FOC and its lasted probably 2+ years since. We've now got about 5 of them. Sure I paid £10+ for mine too!
Anker gets my vote for customer service and quality!

I've had many man different high end brands of cables and genuinely the only one that ever lasted is the PowerLine+!

My one lasted about a year and a half. Went on Amazon to order another one and noticed it said "2 year guarantee". Sent them a message saying mine didn't seem to be working anymore and they sent me a new one straight out.
Good service.

Their marketing description seems to think so
Another image says the cable can support up to 80kg weight.
I have the Micro USB version and it's been a treat. They are thick and braided compared to standard cables.

These have been buying because they are fast chargers but give it few months and it plays up, I had to send them back after 9-10 months. Life isn't good otherwise charges really well for the first few months.
