I'm a fan of the games but Ass Creed is a bit pony. Much like the games, fantastic action but boring modern day sections and uninteresting story.

Annoying they don’t do 4K rentals

Just to add another film on the £1.99 list that is really good: The Founder is up at this price. Michael Keaton is great in this.

Looks like this is a price match of a one day iTunes offer so may be today only. Available to all though, not just Prime members.

Great effects, film was ok but as per usual (when Hollywood gets the green light to make something like this) it's so separated from the Anime that if it wasn't for the characters and the title it could easily be mistaken as a poorly executed rehash (imo)

I love these 1.99 rentals. I've had a few so far. I buy 'em online then go to 'My Videos' on the Prime dash and they appear there.
Snowden is only a 99p HD rental as well.

I have found Amazon subtitles sometimes wrong. I have always emailed them corrections and they have failed to correct them after providing all the necessary info they asked me for. If their prices weren't so cheap I would have been buying films online from iTunes or somewhere.

Silly question but can you watch more than once within the 48 hour period? Thanks

Yes
1080p but depends on your broadband connection. If it's not good it may stream in 720p.

What's the quality like, I know it's HD but is it 720p or 1080i/p? I'm member of Prime

Works with free trial as well. Kong:Skull Island is fun brainless popcorn movie - and Logan is brilliant (got that puppy on Blu-Ray)

I did exactly that - had to reboot the stick to get it to recognise that I had purchased but worked after that.

On the new releases? I've only seen buy this title not rent it and its ridiculous they charge the price of buying the disc and the quality isn't even the same streamed.

Kong skull island isn't anywhere near as good as the rest of the Kong movies (just saying). It's like they copied everything from the original kong but did it worse somehow LOL

Kong Skull Island and Get Out have been added now as well.
Asked Amazon and they said offer will last till September 10th. Every Monday, the new release titles for that week will be added for £1.99. Quite a bargain!

Maybe account specific. One 99p for any film in Google play store.
Seems like £1.99 does not feature on fire stick. Go ahead and buy it. Despite showing £4.49 I got charged £1.99 only on my credit card.

works with the £4.49 free credit, so you can get 2 for free!!
