I'm also sure I also saw at Kingston upon Thames market recently selling avocados £1 for 3 too. May be worth checking your local market.

I think other supermarkets have upped there game when lowering the prices on fruit, these Aldi offers are more expensive than at places like Tesco & Morrisons

I agree, other supermarkets like the Big 4 seem to be fighting back. A bit late though and by a good few years.
If the prices listed are correct and other supermarket prices for same items are lower, then expect to see Aldi reduce their prices on the 'Super 6'.
Strange pricing on this one.

Boo hiss! Come on Aldi. You can do better than this. Have been a devotee since 2009 and I've never seen a Super Six as bad as this. The avo deal is lamentable...

Probably because the "Big 4" have realised their stupid policy of "Our customers only want to buy AAA+ grade fruit and veg" isn't working.

Rubbish prices. Too expensive for me.
I can see alot of this is going to rot on the shelves as barely anyone will buy at these prices.

Just been in store and the Avocados are huge and at 69p (not 79p), plus flat Peaches at 45p not 69p.
The magazine must be wrong.
