Got this for 79p with £10 top up about 2 months ago. Used the credit on the sim for PSN credit. The phone is pretty crap though. But for 79p I can' complain. It's ok to have as a backup I suppose.

Phone is very slow, better off buying the far superior Lenovo B O2 £29.99 , unlock codes can be found on ebay for £2.
Ordered last time voted cold beware they sign it up to a bolt on take the credit straight away and offer you texts minutes and data for 30 days waste of time for me as i wanted as i spare!!!

I have had a few of these rubbish low-end EE handsets with obligatory top-ups. At the point of sale the buyer has the option of selecting various packs or buried down at the very bottom of the product page is the "just top-up" option. In my experience, "just top-up" is exactly what it says and the credit has not been subject to cyclic automated purchases.
Regardless, the cyclic packs can be ceased by sending a nine-character SMS to 150: STOP PACK

TCB / Quidco / EE has always excluded any cashback eligibility for this handset. Read all the text on the quoted TCB page that includes "Cashback will not be paid on the Alcatel Pixi 3 (3.5)"

Also the phone is shocking think its still using dial up... and thats just to switch between screens. 79p was a bargain ending up paying £10.79 felt robbed £21.99 no chance!

I gave up (can't seem to purchase one). If you're buying this phone for PSN credit make sure you top up £5.50 (50p covers the text they send you) for £25 PSN credit.
Is the 3 month Google Play Music tied to the payg sim or the mobile?
If I gave mobile to friend, can he unlock it for free and use the 3 month Google Play Music.
I set it up as me first and deleted my acct and he setup his accts.
