This offer makes no commercial sense. A twin pack is £9. Buy 2 of the same twin pack and it deducts £10 (using a: Buy any 2, Save 10% code added automatically). It also gives free delivery. So even if you only wanted 2 it's a pound cheaper to buy 4? It's got to be a glitch as the 10% off is taking £10 off the order.

Of course it's a glitch. The code is supposed to give 10% off but is giving £10 off instead. Somebody put 10 off into the code instead of 10% off. That's all.

Its free delivery over £10. Since the shirts went below £10, it was charging me £1.99 for delivery.
Added a jumper for £4.99 so got the total to £12.99 including free delivery - I'll take that! Thanks Op!

Weird, I placed 3 separate orders, kept closing the page and going back in, sometimes it gave me free delivery, other times charged £1.99. Not sure there's a rhyme or reason to it.

Cancelled, but no notification. Only found out by signing into my Zavvi account. Didn't realise I've had so many Zavvi orders cancelled. lol
Paid by credit card and I believe they only take payment on dispatch. I'll still keep an eye out though.
No doubt there will be many more Zavvi clangers.

I wouldn't get too upset about it, it's just one of those many, many errors that the likes of Zavvi often make.
My numerous cancellations showing in my account witnesses how bad they are.
It's a chance you take hoping for some orders to slip through, but an obvious error............. again.

For those who got a partial refund, check your accounts. Zavvi got back to me when I queried this and said only one order was processed. I double checked and actually although only one product had gone through there was also postage also which they had NOT included. Very shoddy and disappointing if such a company. A lot of potentially free money for those who do nit notice this...cant help but wonder. Shame on you Zavvi...cancelling orders AND keeping customers money...

Has anyone been refunded? They charged me the price + delivery but only refunded the price of shirts not the delivery! OK £1.99 is nothing but hundreds of us were on this then they would have made a fair amount out of nothing!
