their click and collect is a shambles, ordered and 2 hours later no email, called store item out of stock, found a replacement said more than 20 in stock went to the shop hour round trip and not one in stock. Should have realised when the first item was out of stock that it was such a mess and called again before making the trip but you dont expect that sort of mess :disappointed:

The Aerolite ones are cheaper with this deal than on Amazon eg Large Graphite £35 Dunelm, £42.99 Amazon

I ordered 3 and paid for them at xmas and 1 week later i got a email for 3 days to say they were out of stock i wouldn't buy anything else from them
