Cheers. Just switched to this from the one I had with them originally from Life Mobile. I had 1.5GB 3G, 1000 minutes and 5000 texts for £5.95 on a rolling contract, this is twice the minutes, same data but 4G not 3G for only 5p more a month. I'll definitely take that, thanks. I'm sure I can live with the reduction of texts from 5000 to 1000 per month...

So I tried to set this up through TCB but failed and even tried different computers at different times and even without TCB but still no good so in the end I had to phone them. They told me that their payment system couldn't cope so I lost out the TCB. I have opened a ticket but don't hold out much hope.

I ordered a SIM on 11/04/17 and paid £10 up front. The on line billing shows a bill from 13/03/17 to 12/04/17 even though I only signed up on 13/04/17, however, the actual bill shows the period 13/04/17 to 12/05/17. This first bill is dated 14/04/17 and shows the £10 credit and that £0 will be collected on 28/04/17.
The second shows 13/04/17 - 12/05/17, it's dated 14/05/17 and inside shows billing period for additional and out of plan charges: 13 April 2017 - 12 May 2017, which I have already paid for and the future charges for billing period 13 May 2017 - 12 June 2017 and that £10 will be charged by DD on 26/05/17.
I have checked and I paid £10 by Debt Card on 11/04/17 and then have paid £10 on the 26/05/17 and again on 28/06/17.
Yours is definitely wrong.

I am wondering how the payment works?
I called them on sat 8/July to get a new sim card. They took me VISA card detail and also bank detail.
They charged me £6 on the same day (using my VISA card).
The sent me a sim card which arrived on 11 July
I activated it on the same date.
I setup my account online and get a message that they will take £6 from my bank account on 27 July (Why?)
I looked at my account and found a bill for 11 June to 11 July for £6 (again why? I did not have any sim card during this period, so why they are charging me for this period)
Since My sim card was activated on 11 July, and they already took £6 from my VISA card, then the next payment should be on 11 of August and not 27 of July!
I can smell something fishy here! Are they taking money from our accounts correctly?
Can you please check your payment with them and see how they took money from your account.

That sounds like a bit of a pain...Did you get it all sorted? I ask as I will be using my Plus Net SIM to send texts to groups using my iPhone...Is there something I should do to make sure that these group texts all go as SMS texts and not (chargeable) MMS's?
I don't know much about iPhones I'm afraid, I've only ever had android but a quick Google brought up this CLICK HERE You usually contact the mobile company who you bought the phone from originally, but you could try Tesco, the link tells you what to do.

well.. it doesnt let you have it as £0
lowest is £2 smart-cap (as in going £2 over your bill)
as i had a bit of an issue with plusnet as texts to more than one person were sent as a MMs message instead of multiple SMS' and the default smart cap was £10... so i had hardly used any data, sms or voice calls yet was told my bill was going to be £15 instead of £5 after about a week of being with them!!
they eventually did change but they were trying to say it was my phone.. yet i've used the same phone with other sims and they werent ever set up by default to change a sms to mms if being sent to more than one person

Did you have to ask for the engineer to come round, or was that offered to you by them? I took out the 76mb for £32 per month including line rental, but not really feeling that it's a deal at the moment. Again I've just changed tariff to talk talk fastest fibre broadband, upto 76mb, and was guaranteed at least 54mb, but Tbh it doesn't seem any better than our old standard broadband.
