Shame that the Vue deal makes you use both tickets at the same time, rather than giving you two 'admit one' tickets to use at any time. Hot deal though.

Yes! You can use more than one voucher per transaction. Just let them know when you arrive that you'll be using vouchers to pay for mains. Also best to call in advance to check your local Pizza Express is participating in the offer. Most are participating, but better safe then sorry. :smile:

I looked at the terms and conditions and there is no mention of a family ticket, so I'm guessing you can just get two tickets of any type for 1000 points. Best to ask at the Vue when the offer starts. This is what the terms and conditions say: Each Vue Summer Rewards Voucher permits two cinema entries to standard 2D films at Vue cinemas, including a combination of two ticket types (Adult, Child, Senior, Student, and Teen).You are permitted to redeem multiple Summer Rewards Vouchers in the same transaction subject to the restrictions per voucher e.g. Two Summer Rewards vouchers can be redeemed in exchange for four cinema tickets for the same film viewing.

That's annoying. I wasted two tickets last year as I decided to go on my own twice - spur of the moment. But I gave the spare ticket away both times to very grateful cinema goers. :smile:

Try the different Nectar credit cards (Amex one gives 20,000 for spending £2000 alone, and there was an offer on giving 40,000 last year, refer partner and start again). They also have a mastercard that has given 5000 points. Use all the till vouchers - triple point vouchers etc, the my coupons app (which has now been stopped), nectar app to add offers. Also they have had a couple of really good spend £10 and a get random point voucher over a weekend. Split petrol/shopping up into £10 chunks to maximise etc. Also 10x nectar on petrol promos etc, etc.....

ffs, just used 5500 points at Vue on Monday and that just got us 3 tickets and some popcorn. I did search the Nectar app for Vue offers beforehand and nothing showed up :disappointed:

If you shop in Sainsbury's a lot perhaps you can try to collect 1000 points until the deadline - you still have until 11.59pm Tuesday 8 August 2017 to get your voucher. Have a look on the nectar app or on the nectar twitter page for ways to boost your points.

I'm guessing that might be the Vue booking fee.... Not sure as I picked up my vouchers in person and plan to get the Vue ticket in person on the day.... When I do I'll ask at the counter. But as I said, I'm fairly sure that's the booking fee....

Thanks, yes that would make sense but kind of annoying that VUE would charge some sort of fee which is not mentioned anywhere (though unsurprising), especially since its more than the usual booking fee as well of 75p per ticket.

Still, even with this a good offer and saving.

Could u please ask for me if u could use to book 2 different films running same time. I live 40 miles from nearest vue. Much appreciate it. Thanks would mean me and 2 kids one film oh in another.

Just book for the one film and then walk into which ever film you want. Check for reserved seats using the online booking system.

I have not used the app so not 100% sure but fairly sure that if you say yes to that, the voucher will be valid until the 30th Sep. Just make sure that you decide Pizza E. or Vue beforehand as you can't change your mind. Voucher redemption stops on 11.59pm Tuesday 8 August 2017 so make sure you get the voucher before then. Hi, I didn't quite understand your question. Do you mean you'd like to use one voucher to buy two tickets for two separate movies? If that's the question, the answer is no. One voucher - two tickets for the same movie running at the same time (same performance). Hope that helps. If I did not understand properly can you please reply to this comment and I'll do my best to find out.

Tried to get 2 Vue tickets at 8pm on the last day but the verification email didn't arrive. Nobody was available to help on the phone or on web chat, so I tried the next day. Told that the offer was now over so couldn't get the tickets but I hadn't lost any points!! Obviously missed my point!
