Ebay transactions on topcashback NEVER work properly - they usually don't track at all or track with only a tiny fraction of the cashback you should be getting - ebay is the worst one to choose on TCB if you need something to track properly
Another one to avoid on TCB is Domino's Pizza - their transactions ALWAYS track but always end up getting declined lol

My hubby activated offer, made a purchase, but bonus didn`t track. So I opened a support ticket. They replied offer wasn`t activated.....Luckily we took a screenshot showing offer was activated. I advised them we took screenshot, so they replied giving me an email address to send screenshot to, which I sent. Then I get another reply saying there`s no proof that that screenshot is from your account.....So replied again saying why did you request for me to send a copy of the screenshot showing offer activated then....Still waiting for a reply! :angry:

Hi, it varies all the time from my experience, however it always take quite a long time to get it confirmed then get pay (top cash page do show it needs 12 weeks as guideline)

I noticed that this hasn't tracked from the last offer a couple of weeks ago so I have raised a claim. and if anyone stuck for something to buy try to grade c nokia 100 from tesco outlet for £10.50 (from history of tescos outlet it will more than likely be as new and even retail boxed *based on over 30 of they £8 / 3 for 2 alcael 10.16g a few weeks ago for £4.15 effective cost and all sold for £10, and cex will more than likely take it as grade A for £14 *even if its only grade C your only out 50p well before the bonus, tho knowing tesco outlet this shouldnt be the case*, and you will get a bonus of £2.50, now thats free money not buying something you dont need to get the bonus)

If you activated the bonus, the transaction should have tracked and then the bonus should be added as a separate transaction a couple of days later with ebay.
If your transaction has tracked but not the bonus please issue a support ticket and we can check your eligibility. If both your transaction and bonus haven't track please lodge a claim like normal. If this is resolved successfully please post a message on the claim to say you were expecting the £2.50 bonus for this transaction. The team will then double check your eligibility and award this is you are eligible :smile:

If you activate both bonuses and make just one purchase today that is with one of the listed merchants for the Back To School bonus and is purchased by 3pm today you will be awarded £5.
If you make two purchases this weekend, one meeting the terms of the back to school offer and another purchase that meets the terms of the £2.50 bonus you will be awarded both of the bonuses.

I lost out on a couple of quidco bookie offers a few years ago, and now rigidly follow this method. Not had any thing fail to track for the last 2/3 years with with tcb or quidco.
Do all my browsing, of the offers and the sites in Firefox or iron. When I've decided what I'm buying and from whom, I open... Microsoft edge, or before I upgraded to win 10, Microsoft Internet Explorer. In edge there is a setting to delete all cookies on exiting, but if your not using edge then always settings/delete cookies.
So then log into your fave cashback site, choose your preferred merchant and finish your shop. The only cookies should be from msn (as the default homepage, unless you change it to something else), from the cashback site and from the merchant.
I have no plugins, ad blockers or anything apart from the default offering in Microsoft edge.
Iron and Firefox have ad blockers, and various plugins.
The above routine adds about 15 secs to the purchase process.
Cashback is all about the cookies and their tracking.
If you can't be bothered to follow the rules about cookies, then they won't track, it's that simple.

Not true - this year alone, I have received 6 bonus payments from TopCashBack. The bonus payments are payable only after the transaction has been confirmed by the retailer and not before. TCB has improved greatly in the last 1-2 years, so I use them most of the time now. In comparison, I am still waiting for Quidco to send out the bonus payments from around Christmas 2016 time, and even though the transactions have been confirmed, I still have unpaid bonus payments.

For payment speed, I would say TCB are much better. The majority of my cashback claims on Quidco are stuck at "The retailer is taking longer than expected" which I think is nonsense. I have used the same retailers via TCB with transactions dated BEFORE the Quidco transactions of the same kind, and they have cleared.

Don't worry, it's something we're aware of and looking to correct for you guys.
To clarify, if you activated the £5 bonus and made an eligible purchase you will be awarded that. If you then go on and make a 2nd purchase in line with the £2.50 terms you will get the £5 and the £2.50.

Whenever TCB run these promotions, the cashback never properly works. It either doesn't track or tracks and gets declined after a long wait. Every time I have ended up buying stuff and spending money as a result of the promotion - it's like a scam. I always get a ton of hassle when trying to deal with their customer services whenever things don't work out. They are totally useless. Will not be bothering with this. I've noticed the customer services dept at TCB has completely gone downhill to the point they are seriously no longer fit for purpose - they also purposely don't allow you to speak to a Manager or escalate issues when you have serious complaints on countless issues and claim it's part of their policy.

Long time since I had a 'flash'. Up for it though.
Wilko tracks at the full amount and you can always stock up on toiletries / kitchen stuff etc. These bonuses are stacking up on our TCB accounts!

Thanks for posting the Viking deal. I did the 2 x £15 gift card deal. The 10% (£3) tracked within a few minutes and the bonus soon after. Unfortunately, it's only the £2.50 bonus and not the £5 - even though I'd activated both ( and bought before the 3pm deadline)

Just ordered exactly £10 of school uniform products from George for the £5 flash bonus. After completing payment the confirmation screen says "VAT included: £1.67".
VAT on clothes for a 5 year old? Errr, I think not. oO So Presumably I won't be getting the £5 bonus as the puchase will track as £8.33. Nice one Asda.

I am sorry to hear, the tracking network are the trackers of the cashback and these track purchases on all the cashback sites. Therefore, if the same tracking environment was repeated on another site, the situation would likely be replicated.
There are a few tips I can provide to help to track such as clearing cookies and cache and disabling ad blockers.

the only one that didnt was because i used a 35% off voucher from vouchercloud...
you cant use 3rd party vouchers and get cashback, maybe thats where you've been going wrong?

this time I shopped on late night friday (21/7), I could see it is tracked when I randomly signed in my top cash on sunday (23/7) around 4pm
I am sorry for those who had issues activating the bonus close to its finishing time. We will be looking into that to see what happened and what we can do to change this to prevent it from happening should we run future bonuses.
If anybody has an issue with their bonus tracking after activating, or the bonus tracking at £2.50 instead of £5 please lodge a support ticket so we can get this look into for you.

Why Is my July £2.50 bonus showing as declined?
Please be aware that we had an issue with the £5 bonus adding to members accounts as £2.50. The £2.50 will now show as declined on your account and the correct £5 bonus should be showing as pending on your account.
Finished my purchase about 23:58.

If you activated the bonus, the transaction should have tracked and then the bonus should be added as a separate transaction a couple of days later with ebay.
If your transaction has tracked but not the bonus please issue a support ticket and we can check your eligibility. If both your transaction and bonus haven't track please lodge a claim like normal. If this is resolved successfully please post a message on the claim to say you were expecting the £2.50 bonus for this transaction. The team will then double check your eligibility and award this is you are eligible :smile:

Am I supposed to be looking under earnings as there's nothing there for either transaction and if I try to raise a missing claim for the 2.50 one it will go through as 0.49p so I'm confused here. :disappointed:
If you activate both bonuses and make just one purchase today that is with one of the listed merchants for the Back To School bonus and is purchased by 3pm today you will be awarded £5.
If you make two purchases this weekend, one meeting the terms of the back to school offer and another purchase that meets the terms of the £2.50 bonus you will be awarded both of the bonuses.

Do all my browsing, of the offers and the sites in Firefox or iron.
When I've decided what I'm buying and from whom, I open... Microsoft edge, or before I upgraded to win 10, Microsoft Internet Explorer.
In edge there is a setting to delete all cookies on exiting, but if your not using edge then always settings/delete cookies.
So then log into your fave cashback site, choose your preferred merchant and finish your shop.
The only cookies should be from msn (as the default homepage, unless you change it to something else), from the cashback site and from the merchant.
I have no plugins, ad blockers or anything apart from the default offering in Microsoft edge.
Iron and Firefox have ad blockers, and various plugins.
The above routine adds about 15 secs to the purchase process.
Cashback is all about the cookies and their tracking.
If you can't be bothered to follow the rules about cookies, then they won't track, it's that simple.

In comparison, I am still waiting for Quidco to send out the bonus payments from around Christmas 2016 time, and even though the transactions have been confirmed, I still have unpaid bonus payments.
I have checked and can see lots of bonuses were added for the previous bonuses but we're happy to look into a bonus they believe they should have been awarded but haven't been.

Don't worry, it's something we're aware of and looking to correct for you guys.
