This was emailed to me so may be account specific. Also I know Quidco don't have the best reputation.
That being said if it pays out it's a decent deal. E.g. the Now TV box I was going to buy anyway for £15 will hopefully be £5 after cashback.
Lastly sorry if already posted, I did do a search and couldn't find it.

Yep I'm expecting that might happen. For me was a no brainer though, I need a now tv pass and is £15 whether I go through quidco or not, so might as well chance it.

Of the £10 bonus offers before Christmas I did 6 and I got paid for 3 of them, 4 tracked and one declined after about 4 months for no apparent reason, (I bought all the items and returned non of them). The recent offer they had for £5 some months ago tracked fine and was showing until 2 weeks ago in my account, but then also mysteriously got declined. States cashback declined by merchant and merchant doesnt accept cashback claims so theres nothing you can do. I have messaged them twice to complain how can it be declined as it tracked and order delivered and paid for, but after two weeks I have never even got a reply to requests for explanation.
They usually pay out, but often do not and support as stated above is terrible and even when they do reply their replies are cut and paste an not specific to your question or case. TopCashback on the other hand has paid out 99% of the time for me no problem and the 1% of the time they didnt initially, they have always sorted it out and Ive been paid in the end.
I have to say from 4 years experience of the two, the service between them is night and day and now I avoid Quidco wherever possible and always use TCB.

Yep this is the first time I've used Quidco in a few years (maybe that's why they sent me the offer). For now it's tracked, but we'll see.
Always use TCB generally. Customer service is great never had a prob if cashback didn't track Etc., and offers usually better than Quidco anyway.

The last time I did a similar offer with Quidco (it was for £5) they took an age to confirm it, and then it was finally added they subsequently declined it! They don't allow you to challenge these and when I emailed about it they've simply ignored it.
Quidco used to be brilliant but I find TCB much better now.

Dunno what that is, though guessing it's not legit. For the sake of £15 (well £5 if this deal works out), would rather just pay for it I only need for GoT so it's once a year.

Think the basic rule is never buy something purely because of the cash back - just view the cash back as a bonus and you won't be disappointed. I average about £150 a year from quidco but that is mostly due to insurance renewals which pay high cash back amounts and then cash back from Christmas and birthday gifts (buyagift seem reliable in paying out decent % cash back ). Quidco certainly isn't as great as it once was but free money is still free money when you can get it.
