Just slightly beating Base's £24.49, this is the cheapest pre-order price yet for this game, I believe. Use code "E3HANGOVER" (available throughout the weekend) at checkout for a 10% discount to give this price.
The Game Collection charge for orders just before dispatch, unless paid using PayPal.

DESCRIPTION
In 2005, a legend was born on the PlayStation 2 - the legend of Kazuma Kiryu, the Dragon of Dojima, in his video game debut with Yakuza. Now, 12 years after that release, a new generation of players will be able to experience the incomparable action and drama of the Yakuza series with the rebuilt-from-scratch HD remake exclusive to PlayStation 4, Yakuza Kiwami.
"Kiwami" means Extreme, and the game takes that concept to heart. It's not an HD-remaster or up-rezzing of PS2-era textures. Yakuza Kiwami was recreated from the ground up exclusively for the PlayStation 4. That means every visual element was optimized for the 1080p/60fps environment, every line of the script was re-recorded by series actors and for the first time in the West, gamers will be able to hear the original Japanese language track.
Then there's the game itself! The PS2-era brawling gameplay is refined for the current gen with Kazuma Kiryu fighting his way through the ranks of Yakuza, only to wind up protecting a young girl whose aunt (who also happens to be Kiryu's childhood sweetheart) is missing...along with 10 billion yen.
Game Features
- Not just a graphical upgrade, Yakuza Kiwami adds nearly 30 minutes of cutscenes alone, providing all-new insight into the game's plot and creating common threads with series prequel, Yakuza-0.
- Yakuza Kiwami is the ultimate bridge in the series for both newcomers and Yakuza veterans.
- Completely new to Yakuza Kiwami is the "Majima Everywhere" system, where the series' deranged, one-eyed maniac will constantly surprise and challenge Kiryu to combat when he least expects it
- Built from the ground up with all new assets, exclusive Japanese voice audio re-recorded by the series cast, and optimised for the PlayStation 4
Due out : 29th August 2017 - Gozer

Yeah, I had a feeling that might be the case. There are a lot of retailers with somewhat similar names, so it's not that hard of a mistake to make. :stuck_out_tongue:

The Game Collection no longer banned around here then? cheeky
My most recent experience with them was ordering a PS4 controller at circa £30. They cancelled the order immediately without actually notifying me, but took the money. Beautiful.

They never have been banned AFAIK. Alongside Simply Games, they're one of the best online games retailers around.

Cheers for this, had it pre-ordered at Zavvi for £28. Also nabbed the Splatoon 2 pre-order, got 'em both for £62 with reward points included. Good deal, heat added!

Very strange! Indeed, I've ordered with credit card payment as well... my only concern is that my card expires in August, but hopefully the order will go through okay.
I might see about mentioning this error to TGC if it's not just me...

Picked this up earlier - for some reason Paypal wouldn't work for me, just got an error message.

Ah, so it's not just me then! Was it "#13122: Transaction refused", by any chance?
I was able to complete another purchase from TGC immediately beforehand using PayPal without any issue.
