Are they short dated? Very good price for 4 as the best offer I've seen is probably 1 for 50p

Sugar content is high yeah but as long as you balance your sugar intake throughout the day, you'll be fine. I normally have sugar in the morning to give me a boost and then not much during the rest of the day.
These shakes are decent, won't keep you full for long, but will keep you full enough in the morning until you get a chance to eat something better.
