Sometimes there are 'deals' here that are clearly very good but you know there's zero chance of the vast majority of people getting them so you can't be arsed to trawl round looking.

but then the cynic in me would think that such a deal like this is good to post as the 'show stopper' to get people through the door so they end up spending money in store - there's probably one of these drives available and the OP has it

I just rang the nearest one to me, they said they have a sale on, and I asked do you have one on external HDD's and they said , they was a sale but don't think there is one on hard drives.

Sale items might be store specific me thinks.

Any electronics/hardware/appliances/furniture etc. store in 2017 that does not have online shopping and home delivery should be bankrupt and closed. If they are **** lazy to invest, they should suffer.

No hard drives, but I did manage to grab several packs of Sun commercial dishwasher tablets (240) for £5.

Couple of modem routers in Epsom but no hard drives. Managed to pick up a couple of uninterruptable power supplies and a Parrot Minidrone for ten pounds a piece, plus a couple of Belkin 15m ethernet cables for 5 pounds in Merton though! Guy behind the desk said more were available out the back.

Apparently some guy came to the Leicester branch yesterday and "bought all of the clearance hdds" :neutral_face: probably be on eBay soon

Managed to get 2 Keyboards, 2 webcams, 3 snap cam video cameras & a pack of chest holders, 2 selfie sticks, 2 WD 3tb external hard drives, 1 toshiba 3tb hard drive, 3 Ion wi-fi video security cameras, LED light bulb, World USB Adapter, 2 packs of sharpies and a camera case.. Grand total of £150... Thats a few christmas's sorted...... And before some people ask 'NO' there not going on Ebay..

Went to Warrington store earlier today.
Only found a couple of the things listed in this thread and others in this store and they were not discounted at all. When it was a Staples (Long ago) they would run promo's like this and all of the gear would be gone before the door opened, cant say that's what happened this time but they did have sale signs up all over the store but no real discounts to be found, perhaps with the exception of some usb/cat5 patch cables.

Do no go by shelf prices picked up a few things today which were not discounted on shelves but were £10 they were priced between 50 and 120

got a few bargins myself. 2 security systems was over £200 each £20 each. 5tb backup pluss was over £150 for £20. 4 extra cctv cameras was £40each for a 10er each. 3 blootooth sony speekers was £70each for 10er each. 2 ex display 2tb hdd 10er each. some drones. fans. headphones and bits n bobs. worked it all out an i spent about 200quid n it should have been well over a grand. first time this site came through for me
