It's really a personal preference, but in general most Uke players don't go for guitar picks. Personally I find them very harsh sounding on a Ukulele and much prefer felt or leather picks. My absolute favorite picks for ukulele (or similar instruments with nylon/gut strings) are rubber type picks, such as the Wedgie brand picks. I think they sound and feel great with a Uke.

Voted hot but I stopped using picks like this years ago. I use a Gravity Pick now and I haven't looked back since. They last long, sounds better and in my opinion are easier to play with.
