Well it took them a while but I finally got a reply to my email and they've given me a 15% refund because the code didn't work. Great customer service... I'm impressed.

So I couldn't find this either after you mentioned it... what I did do was click around for a while... and eventually there was a popup in the bottom right hand corner of my browser and went from there. Perhaps it's only certain times of the day, but it's certainly not bloody obvious!

I took a look on their contact page at the time (https://www.vans.co.uk/help/contact-us.html) but there's no mention of any live chat support, only email or phone (and it was the weekend so the phone wasn't an option). I didn't want to wait and risk the shoes selling out, so I ordered without the code and pinged them an email about the broken code. Haven't received any answer though...
