Might be ok if your out on a bike for a few hours or marathon training, but if that 87% sugar comment is true, your have to commit to the end of your workout with this stuff in case of the sugar crash.

Pack says 87% carbohydrate of which 44% is sugar on a weight basis (grams).
The review also says the same.
Carbohydrate is 87% of which 44% is sugar.
Why are people still getting this wrong?

Even as someone who runs multiple 100 mile nonstop ultra marathons sub 24h I wouldn't want to try this stuff. Normal coke that's been allowed to go flat works fine for a lot of us

I'm 11.5 St and have a 30" waist & a 44" chest.
What are your credentials?
P.S. I love the way you talk like you personally know every athlete in the world and how they train, and, lump athletes all into one type of training for any goal.
You really are one lonely little troll aren't you.
"It can be concluded that long-term, high fat diets may be favorable for aerobic endurance athletes, during the preparatory season, when a high volume and low to moderate intensity of training loads predominate in the training process. High volume training on a ketogenic diet increases fat metabolism during exercise, reduces body mass and fat content and decreases post exercise muscle damage. Low carbohydrate ketogenic diets decrease the ability to perform high intensity work, due to decreased glycogen muscle stores and the lower activity of glycolytic enzymes, which is evidenced by a lower LA concentration and a maximal work load during the last 15 min of the high intensity stage of the exercise protocol [ 42 ]."
So, who should we believe? A bunch of idiotic scientists who have been doing research on this for years, or, you, a moronic little t*ss pot who "goes down the gym" and "drinks protein shakes" and just looks fat and bloated & has either taken or is considering taking steroids (jugging by your pathetically weak temper, I'd say you're already taking them.)
You're a statistic pall... a very boring unoriginal common clone. Sad thing is, this research is common knowledge to anyone who makes even a half-arzed attempt at looking into modern health, fitness & bio-hacking... so whatever 'wisdom' you think you have to share with the world, I'd just keep stum and keep it to yourself from now on.

Don't be mad sir, there's a reason all top athletes don't follow keto, silly

Also the study you cited only supported my point that keto is good for weight loss, not performance. lol

I'm not sharing any new wisdom to the world here, a carbohydrate diet being optimal performance is common knowledge to everyone except for you it seems

30 Jun 17#27
That's right. All professional athletes eat butter before performing. Cyclists all train the same as American footballers, etc, etc... (I know this because I personally know every elite athlete in the world and could reel off anyone of their training regimes and diets upon request.)
Ross1011
30 Jun 17#28
Well ofcourse they eat fat too. but they're diets aren't keto.. do you even know what keto is?

I was right in the fact you have no idea what your talking about yes!
Look sir, I understand that you was overweight and keto helped you lose 4lbs water and 1lb fat and now you believe it's the holy grail that cures cancer and everything inbetween!
But you keep blogging with your pals, that's what your good at! And the professional athletes shall keep breaking records whilst consuming carbs!
Have a nice day
