Does anyone know if I can sign up using my parents address? I switched my BB to sky a few months ago but my parents still have BT.
I assume maybe the billing address of the CC needs to match or something?

Got this email on 19/07 "What happens next? We'll just need to check that you placed your order online during the offer period - and that you have activated your SIM card.
We'll then let you know if you've been successful, and send you your iTunes or Amazon voucher by post within 45 days. "
So, hopefully soon...

I didn't activate roaming, but I did, after several times that guy respoded to me.. You will benefit from FEEL AT HOME after 6 months :))))) What can I do.. Told him this wasnt stated in t&c.. He made a complain for me and that was it.. What can I do now?

I was with EE and within a month of my contract ending and they couldn't match the deal so don't see how they will match it for you. They would say anything just to keep you with them.
Looks like the £16pm deal has ended...

Hi all, So I went through quidco site and like for some it was showing 15GB data. I've activated my sim which I got yesterday and a quick call to customer service (01793 596931) and the guy changed me on after I explained that the deal initially showed 20GB data and not 15GB. Asked him if that would still give the £100 amazon voucher and he said yes.
For those who went through with the 15GB deal, just give them a call and they should change it over for you.
Fingers crossed it will work!

Heated - thanks, OP.
I've just activated the SIM card. So assume I can go and claim the gift card next - can someone please tell me how to find the page* and is there a time limit to claim before the claim somehow disappears/expires**?

I clicked through on Quidco (£75 cashback) and then used the link from HUKD and it has tracked so fingers crossed they pay it

5 Jul 17#18
You always just play dumb and go onto chat and request the gift card. I did that for my first one as I said the link was not working to redeem it myself, they said they would pop it in the post for me. Also did this to get a replacement for last card that went missing in the post-thieving posties.

I can't see cashback and voucher working?
I got cashback and voucher when I signed up for BT Broadband a few months ago, but the difference is that page still showed the voucher after going through a cashback site.
Now it doesn't, which indicates its fixed. Unless anyone has had this work when it has not showed the voucher?
"Customers that claim cashback will not be eligible for a voucher. A customer who have purchased a BT Mobile product can either claim a voucher or cashback, not both".
Doesn't mention Quidco or TCB. My gut instinct is it won't work unless they mess up.

It's just an affiliate scheme, nothing to worry about. Just means HUKD will get some commission. Just like if you went through Quidco or Topcashback they would still get commission.

4 Jul 17#11
Each time I search for the deal through the normal BT website, it's 15GB data. Same as when going through Quidco.
However, when following the link on HUKD, it goes to 20GB data... what I have noticed in the address bar for the HUKD link is that it appears to derive from an affiliate called AJM Broadband. How are AJM Broadband benefitting from this deal, and will BT pull the plug if we purchase through an affiliate link to which we are not affiliated?
A little bit concerned about that as I'm not totally convinced that I'd be within whatever T&Cs apply to using that link.

Heat Added, but just my luck that I snatched up the double data 6gb for 12 gb @ £16 .....18 days ago...4 days over my cool off period. That sucks, I should be able to bump up to this just for free if they were nice...suppose no harm in asking, but likely will just get laughed at and told nicely to go away.
EDIT - Rang BT if anyone is interested or in the same predicament as myself...turns out this would be classified as an upgrade so just got bumped up to the deal now on offer for 20GB @ £16 so same money for me they just restarted the contract from today. Sweet

Quidco cashback will probably get declined if you do create manual cashback claim as per cashback t&cs.
Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any voucher/gift card offer from BT
Probably best going with TCB.
