Due to hot weather, have been on the lookout for a new tower fan preferably with a timer. Sent husband to local Homebase to buy one advertised at £25.99.....when he got in store there were two pallets, full of Homebase own brand tower fans for only £15.97. These aren't on Homebase website...probably as Homebase want rid of all branded stock.
Having looked online for a couple of days, I think this is a really good price - and yes they do have the timer!

I wouldn't say that they are any more noisy than any other fan in my honest opinion.

Yes but it is available here with UK warranty , made to UK standards with UK 3 pin switch, no need to wait to be posted from China and pay customs duty and wait 2-3 weeks. Hope you are not Chinese or brain washed by them. You can kick their ass as much you like but no need to force others to do it.
