For some reason the stock levels shown if you click 'Check Stock' are different to those shown if you add it to your basket for collection and then choose your store.

Collected mine solid piece of kit well worth the money.

Picked one up an hour ago. It's actually not horrible.
Nice and light, well put together, good mouldings and the motor has more torque than some cheap drills I've encountered.
Has a light built in so you can see where you should have drilled the hole.
Even the case doesn't feel like it will break if I look at it wrong.

I picked one up tonight in Preston, there were about 30 on a pallet right at the far end of the store with other Titan products. They were labelled at £44 but scan at £26 at the till.

Ordered one for click and collect from Chelmsford 2 hours ago and have received email stating ready for collection.
Cannot add heat as expired!

Just picked mine up, a workmate popped in store yesterday, was told none in stock on their system, looked for himself and got one from the shelve, great stock system :astonished:

It must be one of the worst websites of a major retailer. Screwfix-same company- is nowhere near as bad.

Picked one up this afternoon from Durham, there were about 10 in a stock clearance basket/cage in front of the power tool display.

If you choose the "check stock in store" it will display "Not Stocked" but if you add to basket and then "check stock in store" it will list availability in store and the click and collect options.

Hence checked store, added to basket for stock and then went and picked it up !

anyone care to comment on the performance of the drill when using it?

It's light its quite easy to handle, I've put up a TV bracket and a few shelves so far and it did the job just fine, I haven't needed to recharge the battery yet. I'd say it's perfect for some DIYing around the house but don't expect dewalt or makita performance for this price.

just a quick update, only the second time i used the drill and the clutch began slipping no matter the torque setting on 50mm screws into softwood.

Took it back for a full refund, as they had no more in stock, didn't even check the contents, could have been bricks instead of a drill :wink:
