I've had this Duff branded beer from a bottle, can't say if it's exactly the same stuff but was satisfactory. Flavour was along the lines of a weaker Belgium style blonde beer. Absolutely fine as a novelty.

Good for a Fathers Day gift for £1.25 but its a extremely poor lager.

Bought some of this, tastes like flat Skol. Disgusting rip off

Duff–a 5% abv dark ale ('Duff' sounds like 'dubh' Gaelic for "Dark") but haven't been to Lidl to check it out.

A decent German pilsner. I had it in Sweden I think. Have never seen it in the UK before, let alone in my beloved Lidl.

I've seen it a few times on holiday in different countries in the local Spar shops. Couple of places in Greece, once in Spain and once in Portugal. Never bought any though. And now im wondering why i never bought some to try. With the amount of beer i bought from the Spar shop, i should have tried some.

You'd be better getting any brown bottled beer and printing the correct label yourselves.

This looks nothing like the beer in the Simpsons, cold from me.

I prefer Pawtucket Patriot Ale.

Just had a tin...don't waste you're time ....not a good lager at all ! Basically malted sparkling water !

So the only thing remotely "Simpsons" About it is the font at front side of the can!

The taste was like flat foster's that has been sat in the sun for a while :disappointed:

Asterisk lover, calm down. We get it, you don't mind drinking crap tasting beer, you think people should put a sense of humour above taste because it is has Duff written on the outside of it. Doesn't matter if it is overpriced gimmicky trash, it's the Simpsons! You are a marketing exec's dream.

Bought one to try. Lidl's Perlenbacher is 4.9% also, tastes better and is cheaper at 89p. Stick to that. But students will love it because it has Duff on it.
