You have to be logged in to their site for the code to work. It says it's limited but I've used it hoards of times.

This is back in stock at the moment. My original code didn't work so I revisited the facebook page and got a new code which worked fine.

For those who couldn't get this, just buy a $20 US eShop credit from pcgamesupply and then buy it on a US account on your Switch.
I think the link has the OP's account embeded as the code did not work for me either. Although my Paypal payment was fine I did not get the code e-mailed. Am in discussion with CD keys but they seem to think they have sent it to an e-mail address completely unknown to me. I don't think this is in anyway deliberate from the OP and I am not certain this is the case - I think it is a flaw in the way the CDKEY system works.

I'm all-but certain that this ('embedding an account' in a link) isn't possible - but either way, as you've done, by contacting cdkeys CS it shouldn't be overly difficult to make this right.
Okay - the other common reason why the code doesn't work is not being logged in to your account, so that might have been the issue here?
