Tesco Meal Deal appears to be glitching severely. As you can see from the screen shot of my receipt it has taken off £4.35 for my meal deal (Wrap, Crisps and Coke Zero) so charging me just 5 pence for the meal deal!
I went back and bought a few more but bizarrely, it took off a different amount and so I paid about 80 pence for the same deal. Other combinations with other sandwiches / wraps were also taking off the wrong amounts giving much cheap deals than the £3 meal deal price.
Thinks the till are getting their knickers in a twist big time.
Anyway, worth checking!

Yup. The OP is free to eat whatever they want. We don't know what's around the corner so I'll not be wasting my time swapping a bag of monster munch for a granola bar.

Was there any need for that? leewills8 was offering a humorous observation rather than being snide and hypocritical about a posted deal. There's no requirement for users of this website to post deals.

None of the items was reduced, and the squash was actually a large bottle of Ribena on the receipt. You think that triggered the massive reduction in error?
Makes me laugh ref the comments about all the other items on the receipt.
Those pizzas are around 600/800 calories per pizza and around 10g of Sat fats per pizza, one of the lowest you can buy. And they taste best imo
Everything in moderation and everyone is good!

If you went back and bought more and it still worked, what did you buy,did you get the same things again?
So if it is the squash then the obvious is to buy the meal deal plus squash and then return the squash to cs for a 5p meal deal.

this deal is the monster munch wrap and coke not the squash so meal deal should of taken £1.30 not £4.43.....great find if you can find it x

Simply there should be a (NHS) Food Tax on premade foods (and those including allergens) that replaces VAT at a higher rate, that would fund obesity and other costs to the @NHS, I'm all about choice, food and healthcare, but education and proactive before reactive policies the UK government bodies have on most things.

Just bought a wrap, crisps and a Coke, then say at my desk to read this... Good luck with your hunting.
Squash £3.75
Coke Zero £1.25
Wrap £2.35
Total - £7.35
The meal deal is £3 so the reduction is £4.35 as seen on your receipt.
Although that doesn't account for your repeat attempts :-/
