Thanks for posting this in the morning. Went to my local Grainger Games after selling a handful of titles to CEX in town, then asked them to double check the current price for a pre-owned copy as it was still priced at £27. Being the good lads they are they had a look and I got it for £20.00. Checked my disc and both it and the case look 'as new' so I feel like I got it for a great price, all said and done.

Just arrived in the post from grainger games today and they dropped the damned price. I've emailed them back to see if they can refund me the difference, and I hope they do. Bought it for £7 more last week

Why not try it now? It only takes a minute or two to fire off a quick email and the sooner you do so, the more likely you may be to get a refund given that you're still within your cancellation period.

Will give it a go, bought it last week but checked their return policy and it's a bit weird, will see how I go with a partial refund request but doubtful as they refused when I ordered a new copy of fairy fencer f and got a battered used copy.

Yeah best to give it a go yourself too. I ordered a new copy of Valkyria Chronicles europa edition for PS4 and now I'm getting worried about the condition.

DO NOT buy from GraingerGames. I just had my supposed to be brand new tales of berseria through the post but was greeted with a battered 2nd hand copy. No plastic wrapping, sticker residue on the case and no soundtrack cd included even though there's 2 disc slots in the box. I've e-mailed them today to send me the NEW copy I ordered and paid for or for a full refund....have to wait and see what they reply

Did you pay via PayPal? If so then Surely they could get you a full refund as the item was not what you ordered. These guys need to be reported to trading standards

They claim that some of their new games are unsealed for their store but mine was definitely used, they just fobbed me off.

Fair enough - that's somewhat odd, but I guess that it''s reasonable that the case could have been swapped with one for a two-disc title at some point. For Tales of Berseria, it's only the collectors' edition that comes with a copy of the soundtrack

I'm guessing they had a collectors edition traded in without including the soundtrack cd and then just sold it as new? Who knows. All I know is that I've bought better conditioned 2nd hand games than this "new" game, lol
