Is it worth the extra £7.14 to get it with the "Cappy Hat" from the Nintendo store......

Probably value wise but I am trying to de-clutter so have cancelled my Nintendo order and gone with Shopto for Mario and Pokken.

Not released until the end of October ?!? We have a Switch and are looking forward to this game but it seems a bit mad to pre-order so far in advance, especially as it looks like they take your cash right away.

Odd, their T&Cs on preorders seem to say the opposite but of course I bow to your knowledge...

I was just about to post this Sooty but I thought better of it as £42.85 is okay but not magnificent. A sub 40 price would be a very hot deal. Heat added anyway.
Oh and ShopTo have some of the best prices currently across the board on Switch games e.g
Mario + Rabbids - £39.85
Fifa 18 - £42.85
Xenoblade 2 - £42.85
Pokken Tournament - £42.85
Star Link - £39.85
Everywhere else is at £50 for these games. Other places will come down but ShopTo seems to be setting the precedent.

I thought they'd announced FIFA 18 wasn't being released on the Switch

Hopefully this will trigger the reverse-bidding war which should pass the savings onto us. Don't forget about Pokemon Ultra Sun. They are cheapest on this as well

How is this cold but the deal for £49.99 with a 'free' crap hat be hot?!

Pretty good chance it won't get much cheaper than this. Worth pre-ordering at this price and cancelling closer to release. Look at Zelda for the Switch, it's still £45+ most places, imagine the demand for this will be even greater.

Im a Gold Member So I was able to get it for £40.70. You become a gold member if you spend £750 within a Year. Which was easy for me since I bought a PS4 Pro & Switch from then On Release.
New Games like Assassins Creed Origins, Evil Within 2, are £37.85 with Gold Membership

I got Zelda for £33, Mario Kart for £30 and Splatoon 2 pre-ordered for £25. So personally i'm going to hold out for some sort of code I can use, but heat for cheapest price so far.

Most likely £49.99, same as the Nintendo store. Maybe even £59.99 if they wanna be greedy I guess lol

Per Amazon UK, who are an official partner and distributor, the price will be £59.99 i.e the same price as BotW. :disappointed:

I suspect it will be £49.99. Pre orders everywhere for this game was £59.99 as it is on Amazon, but Nintendo have come out and stated the RRP is actually £49.99 as per their own site, so I think retailers got it initially wrong

It's a Nintendo game and this will be the flagship title when it launches. This is a good price, trust me. Nintendo prices are notorious for holding value. You will never find this for 20 quid new at a legitimate price, unlike ps4 and Xbox games that halve in value after 2 weeks!

Voted hot, I think I'll hold fire on a pre-order for now, quite a few months to go yet.

I'm not suggesting it'll be £20! But having looked at Zelda BotW you might be right. I'll take it back.
Can't change my heat rating but will do it in spirit

They made a FIFA especially for Switch, won't look as nice and runs a different engine but will be the most awesome FIFA there is for the simple fact that you will be able to play local wireless with friends in handheld mode.

I would still say that the eShop price is likely to be the same as BotW's ie £60.
I only listed switch games and Ultra Sun is not coming to the switch ;(

I imagine the Very £20 off code. There was a thread on here for it.
Also got £30 off day 1 switch and bought a 2nd switch with mario kart for £225 for the console and £35 for the game from very.
Definitely a good place to keep an each out for codes.

This doesn't come up in search for 'Nintendo' like the other post with the hat which would explain why it isn't as hot.

The trailer for this game looks amazing , and will make me buy the switch, the same as super Mario 64 made me buy N64 , then Mario sunshine for GameCube and Mario karts and super Mario world for Wii and Wii U . I'll wait to nearer release and hopefully buy a bundle pack

Been holding off on the Switch but this game alone will make me take the plunge. The only franchise that can single handedly support a platform.

Very is an online store. It was a generic £20 off code. Could use on anything. Don't think it works anymore though. They do often have codes but mainly for new customers. Can always set up new accounts or for other half etc to be able to use more than once.
