1500 points showing on my Nectar card account today. Also showing as being added on 13th July.

Got my two lots of 1,500 points back on the 13th.

I had the same nectar card linked to both mine and my wife's separate ebay accounts so was able to redeem 3,000 nectar points in both ebay accounts.

My 1500 points now show in my collected points, but not in the total balance yet.

Pleased that's the case. I did after 3 weeks of complaints. Thankfully I had screen grabbed the link showing I'd activated the deal. They were idiots about it though. Have a look at their trust pilot rating.

You may not have done, but I did - and I'm sure plenty of others also did too.

FYI : I find it is common needs for me to follow up on nectar missing point like this kind of offer. For eg I made enquirers on nectar live chat .

Then I was told to leave all details and wait for the replies.

However I received no reply each time but the points shown up my nectar account later.

Nowadays I always set up a reminder on my e-mail account in case need to chase up.

I get the nectar ebay link eventually, I had tried on ebay and nectar account page (none of that worked). I don't know what had happened as it was OK last time (exactly like this mths before :nectar ebay spend offer).

This time I paused my ad block, then on chrome : clear all my cookies, clear "caches", click allow "track", click allow 3rd cookies

Strange, I tried Firefox in incognito mode and it worked!

Not working incognito mode for me using Chrome.

Thx jpwjpw tried clearing cookies for nectar and ebay still no dice- possibly another different cookie? Anyhow used incognito mode and got re-verified straight away. Many thanks ~I can now spend them now in the time remaining.

Same issue with my account as well.

Yesterday my ebay account was linked to my nectar account. After clicking the email link and activating it told me my accounts were not linked. Attempts to connect them result in 'unable to connect to nectar'
This is patently incorrect as they manage to get an authorisation SMS code sent after a successful login with the Nectar password.
What they are playing at I do not know.

Yes, however the wording still doesn't really make sense - if you bought something for £11, you wouldn't be getting "£15 off your next eBay shop over £10" - you'd be getting £11 off (and still have £4 for a future shop).

The voucher is valid for 12 months (as per a normal Nectar points redeem ) - but the 1500 bonus points only come (eventually ) if you redeem the voucher by 2nd July >

Seems it maybe different this time according to people who have spoken to cust service. Last time I did it it was definitely 12 months.

Valid for 12 months ,but don't leave it until the last minute in case you have problems with purchase as you won't have much time left to get a refund and spend again.

Normally, you just need to convert the points and spend the voucher before it expires.
