VERY interesting video. The 130 quid ZUK Z2 against the 600 quid Samsung S8 in a real world speed test. Now tell me that 4GB hasn't been optimised properly!! PS I couldn't get a video where the ZUK Z2 is tested against a Sony of any description. But I'm sure the performance of the S8 would blow fanboy's ZX out of the water.
Other than the camera i think for £200 the Lenovo P2 wipes the floor with this.....

well, (owning a p2) the P2 has a really fragile screen. mine broke while it was in my pocket. 3 and lenovo abysmal support. i wouldn't buy anything from Lenovo again... but it's battery was amazing.
Thank you for your comment,I just post deals in case someones is interested.

You be surprised how many phones do fail in 1st year, usually Chinese phones with inferior chipsets low quality components, Sony do provide 24 months warranty, Sony android take on noughat is one the best stock android experience, the new upcoming android o, Sony helped Google with 230 software tweaks including LDAC Bluetooth lossless audio, I didn't see Google ask lenovo for there input. Please only comment when used a Sony phone recently, they far superior then lenovo and guarantee you my xz will still as fast in 2 years then your lenovo. 4gb ram useless if not optimised properly, work as electronic engineer for many years repairing motherboards for Acer, lenovo they were great, I've seen machines especially Dell with 2gb ram. Dual core outperform i3 4gb lenovos. So hardware isn't everything, it's how you use

I've bought China Phones for the last 3 years, some quite high end for the whole family, only time they fail is if you drop one on a hard surface like all phones (Apple included) in my experience. Don't forget 90% of all phones are manufactured in China. Low Res, Small Battery, large bezels and mediatek chipset just doesn't cut it in 2017 for £200, in my opinion of course.

So you're telling me not to comment on Sony phones until I've used one then go onto deride Lenovo even though you haven't used one? Way to go, Sony fanboy. Keep overpaying for a name all you want, it matters not to me. And while we are in advice mode, here's another one: Use a spell checker....

LOL. Quoting an iPhone to justify a Sony price. Sony are second only to Apple in the overpriced mobile stakes, but to be fair to Apple some of the asking price is due to their exclusive OS whereas Sony use good old android so absolutely no excuses for their prices...
Think I'll stick to my 130 quid Lenovo ZUK Z2 (4gb RAM, 64GB internal, 5 inch FHD screen, fantastic fingerprint sensor snapdragon 820). Direct from China so no real warranty (how many mobiles has anybody here had that have gone wrong in their first 12 months?), the camera won't be as good as the Sony but if that spec had a Sony label you'd probably be looking at a thousand quid. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask (pirate)

What's better? This has the. Latest mediatek chipset plus, you will get software support a lot longer than then the Chinese brands, z3 was upgraded to marshmallow after nearly 3 years

Not worth it, tiny battery and no fingerprint sensor in a 2017 phone madness

For the price it's decent for someone on a budget, YouTube testers found the phone very good when compared to other more expensive phones

Before you comment try use a Sony phone, they are best optimised, in terms of hardware, software, I have xz and my partner has xz premium, there different league, Evan this xa1 it's midrange phone, but you find me a phone with 23 megapixels camera, and decent build quality
Terrible spec for £200 720p screen. Just bought the Lenovo ZUK Edge which I found on here for less than this and it has an 821 Chipset, 4GB\64GB and FHD 5.5" screen and it actually has smaller dimensions.

The Lenovo ZUK Edge is actually both larger and heavier than this. Plus it's not available through normal UK retail channels which will put a lot of people off.
Although this phone was (and maybe still is) overpriced. The lack of fingerprint scanner puts me off in particular.

Sony mobiles are incredibly overpriced imo. And judging by their sales. now only bought by Sony fanboys and girls. A 5 inch 720P screen on a 200 quid phone? Lol.
