Sony Bravia KD55XD8005 55 inch Android 4K HDR Ultra HD Smart TV
Lowest price I've seen. This went hot at higher price than this before although that was with longer warranties, maybe able to get a decent 3rd party warranty for less than the £120 extra John Lewis are charging if you need it, JL have it at £750

I sized down to a 43m3000. Not what the bloke below bought, it's not there top model, but the picture quality is great, especially when I play my ps4, i could instantly see the graphics and colour were insanely sharper and brighter, far more attention to the detail. And I don't have a pro or Xbox one s

This one is a proper 10 bit panel isn't it?
I looked online and it appears to say it is but, not sure with all this 8+2 con.

Android on Sony ruined it for me. 20 seconds for the tv to come on each time was too much to bear. Shame as the picture was very good

20 seconds from plugging it in or while it was on standby?
I have the 55XD70. Not too bad tbh. Good when gaming and watching high definition movies. Blacks could be a bit darker though but I think this model has darker blacks.

Don't count on PlayStation now as a feature.
The LG 55uh850v is often only £100 more at Currys, has 120hz panel, webos, support for Dolby vision, decent speakers and damn fine 3d.

Agree. I'd go for the LG 770V or 850V over this.

Blacks are very black on this. Bought this to replace a 4K LG where the blacks were basically grey  . Also not had any issues with Android being slow so far I think I'm used to slower lol
