I normally wear a size 8 but my sisters is a 7 so I went to try hers on before buying. Her shoes were very worn and did fit me, but I suspected this would not be the case if I bought a new pair of 7's so I felt a bigger size would give me a little bit extra width so I brought my normal size. These fit perfect but I f you have a wide foot like me, you might be better to buy your normal size

If the size is anything like mine were I'd order a smaller size My size 7 s were like boats and more like a size 9. I had to send them back because Amazon wouldn't send me a smaller pair for the price that I paid on the day which was £26 odd. They went up to over £50 odd the day after.
