Ive collected 2 from 2 different stores one came with a box and other wasnt just in plastic bag

When I collected it at the pick up desk the lady asked if the cashier hadn't asked me if I wanted a box, which she hadn't then she went and got me one and gave me a receipt for it which said free box, so maybe you should have got one. It's really bad just to give it in a little plastic bag.

Picked up today. Quite nice for the price but wouldn't pay the full price. They gave me a nice box to put it in but it would have been nice if they also provided a little sticker stating it was real silver/diamond as you can't tell by looking at it and if giving it to someone as a present, they're not going to realise it's real silver etc.

Yes I thought so too. It's a huge reduction so I think they were meant to reduce it by £7.49 instead
