It's so rare to get a discount on Netflix and so I thought I would share this trick.
With both Asda and Tesco having 20% Off Google Play Store £25 Vouchers here's an easy way to save yourself some money on Netflix.
Buy enough vouchers to fund you a year of Netflix. E.g 1 screen is 5.99 a month or £71.88 a year so you'll need 3 £25 vouchers. Buy these from Asda or Tesco to get 20% off.
Cancel Netflix to end at the current Month.
Re-subscribe to Netflix via the Your Android App and make sure you choose Google Pay as your payment method.
Voila!
For One Screen Netflix you save £14.37 (£11.25 and £3.12 spare Play Store credit)
Ive got an even better netflix deal. You can actually get it for free if a member of your family is a sap and gives you their login details. Unfortunately, I'm that sap and I'm footing the bill :man: .

If the answer is "Yes"
It's not on Netflix.
And I've just saved you a stupid £75 trick.

Is it just me or is this a bit risky. So you cancel your account and then wait until it expires in a month. Who is to say that they'll definitely accept this payment method when you try and sign up again. The site says:

Why cancel? Why not just change your subscription method?

The billing method can only be activated by re-activating subscription via the app or starting a fresh account via the app.

Quality is terrible, might be fine on a tiny LCD screen with clouding and back light bleed. Netflix are the only provider that are putting up plenty of HDR content so it's well worth the price.

For those unable to use this method the next best way I found was to buy Netflix gift cards which aren't available widely but those that stock them often have them offered at a discount. At the mo, You can get a £25 card for £22.79 from cdkeys with their daily code, so a 9% discount plus any Quidco cb. Easy to apply the code and simply fills your Netflix wallet like their radio times offer did a few months ago.

Nevare88

This does seem a little risky. Google are going to end up paying Netflix more money than you're paying them. Surely as soon as they get wind of that fact and enough people do it they'll find a way to pull the plug meaning you'll be stuck with all those funds in your Google play account.
This is a great deal if it works for the full year.

Best option to save even more is to set up a shared account. You have to have trust worthy people, maybe family or close friends. You basically set up five user accounts and split the cost five ways. Each of the people in the group then pay £25 a year. I get my group to pay me up front and the direct debit of £8.99 comes out of my account each month.

Are you one of those idiots (i.e. most of the UK) that thinks that buying using a credit card is the same as having a mortgage?
Credit cards aren't paying off an appreciating asset. Historically speaking, even with the interest due to the increasing values of the property those with a mortgage are always better off. Plus after it's paid off, no more overheads for the roof over your head.

I earn just over £120,000 a year and use this site religiously. Don't make assumptions based on income. Something you might not realise, is that when you earn more, your outgoings become aligned due to having a nicer house/car, so the disposable income remains similar.
It's only those that have billions that don't have to worry about the cost of things.

The reality of it for you, maybe. Or just pick it up with your shopping. Or next time you're in town. Or some people live near Tesco. Most of the offline deals here you could look at like that, but you don't, because for some reason people are allergic to a bit of "faff", even if it really doesn't take that much work, and feel the strange need to insult those who are organised enough to make this work.
I live 20 miles from a Tesco, and afaik they don't deliver gift cards so obviously this isn't for me, but that doesn't make it a bad deal because frankly the world doesn't revolve around me and I'm aware enough to know that other people have different personal/economic circumstances. And polite enough not to mock them for it too.
