Then there are other people saying their "Good" phone was in good condition. So think it is luck of the draw. My experience put me off them to be honest. I've had a lot better luck with O2 where the phones I got have hardly been used so the batteries are in good condition.

I presume if you are not satisfied with it you can always return it for a refund

I'm still on an s6 too. Just been refurbished by Samsung after it developed a home button fault with a month to go on my 2 year warranty and it's good as new. New £4.99 EE payg month contract started and I'm a happy bunny that's £35 a month better off for not getting a new phone that's really only marginally quicker, lighter, better camera etc

That part is a bit worrying: "This product will show moderate signs of wear and tear, the item has been fully tested and is in excellent working order.

I'm cold only because I think the step up from the 6 to 7 is huge I'd advise people to try and spend a little more and get the 7

No it isn't, for the majority of people the s6 is more than enough and will be for many years.
If you need to be seen with the latest phone, then this ain't for you.
Furthermore, voting cold and recommending people pay more, for no real reason doesn't quite fit in with the idea of this 'deal' site.

I'm sick to death of the abused term "Refurbished" they do nothing to these phones bar reset and clean them. Hardly a refurbishment......

Notmuch else you can do... Batteries are not removable.

I've just bought the s6 edge 32gb from them for £149.99 locked to o2... The s6 seems quick enough from watching speed tests and it'll be a big upgrade from moto g 1st gen.
I'm hoping it arrives in good condition or it'll be going straight back!

Hi, please could you share a link for the edge you purchased, thanks.
That's enough to put me off. Was looking to buy a phone this evening from MM.. Shocking!!

They was 4 in stock before I bought one, looks like they have all sold :disappointed:.
Here's hoping mine doesn't arrive like the iPhone posted above!

I purchased an iPhone 6 from MM a year ago, It looked as though it has been dropped from space, absolutely battered, I had to send it back. Just ordered an S7 Edge, let's hope condition is decent.

Thanks for the post OP.
Just got the last one but was showing £179 - 5% = £170 but still a good deal.
Lets just hope there arent too many scratches, like the horror stories here. :-)

Well my phone arrived this morning.
Just a plain brown box but is pristine condition apart from one slight nick on the top bezel.
But on inspection when I turned it on they seems to be a slight screen burn on whites about 1cm down from the top it looks like facebook bar, are these phones prone to burn in?
Opening post
not bad considering its unlocked and you get 12 month warranty
