Please avoid S6. Poor battery life. Just got updated to Nougat and its terrible. So buggy and the battery drains in half day. Camera and screen are excellent.

I've had it for a couple of years and it's a great phone. I leave at 8am, couple hours of music, light messaging/calls and it's at about 40% when i go to sleep 16 hours later. Not the greatest battery but if you're a heavier user and can top it up during the day then 0 issues really. Camera still one of the best out there plus there's a good S8 Nougat rom for it on XDA.(Stock probably has better battery)

I know this is expired, but I thought I'd post this just in case anyone finds this useful. The phone was delivered today. I ordered the 'good' condition phone, which has been delivered in its original box in mint condition. Not a single mark. Booted it up and it's working great. It's a gift, and I was sceptical about the condition it might be in, but I am very pleased. A bargain for £149. Thanks OP.

Good condition. I didn't want

Got s6 edge, battery was horrible after the update. 2nd update and works fine after a reformat.
Phone has been great since the big Nougat update.

Be careful. The warranty might not cover you for battery or buggy software. It's mainly designed for failure to turn on etc. But, then they often fall back on the excuse that you got it wet.

Ah true, but it'll wipe all apps and data and clear any bugs from those due to the update.
Just because many of this model phone/battery don't last a full day doesn't mean all others will be the same.
These are used phones, there are lots of factors which could affect battery life which won't be identical in every used handset. Hardware and software malfunctions as well as the previous owners useage and charging methods can all cause issues.

I currently own this phone which I purchased on release. I still use it now and am in no rush to upgrade it, as it is the best phone I have ever owned. Despite others comments regarding poop battery life, my battery has never been an issue.

Joke of a company. Condition is a total lottery and 12 months warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Avoid like the plague.

I'm still using the S6 I bought when it first came out. OK, things have moved on a bit but to be honest I don't think smartphone technology has moved on as much in the last 2 years as it did over a 2 year period a few years ago. Anyway, I've decided to skip an upgrade this year as I'm quite happy with it.

I have a 32GB S6. It's a nice looking phone, and the camera is great, but it lags like hell after a while (though been a bit better since the Nougat update), and the lack of storage is a killer.
You're correct it may work. Didn't for me as something bugged out on the firmware upgrade. But these phones should already be factory reset before sold.
Instead of this turn off your phone and use a buttons combination (easy to find on yt) to go to recovery and perform wipe cache partition first. If it not help chose factory reset from recovery mode.

I need an S6 (so if anyone spots another deal, I'd be grateful) but would be wary about buying from MM.
I paid more for a "very good" condition iphone 6 last month. It turned up in a manky state covered in dirt. Had a fair few nicks in the case and worst of all the battery is in really bad condition. From some of the other posts on the thread for that deal, I don't think there is much quality control going on there.

great deal 150 for a s6 in ok condition wipes the floor with budget phones get yourself a xiaomi 10.000 powerbank for around a tenner and the very average battery life is fixed.in new condition you could expect four hours screen time over a day of use on a s6 in auto brightness which suits most people but used and two year old you be looking at three hours max so powerbank be needed.the camera is amazing on this phone the screen is also and the cpu gpu is as fast as you will ever need for android samsung really upped there game with the s6 and having had both the s6 and s7 i would say the s6 is 90percent as good as the s7 and could never get strava to work properly on the s7 wouldnt auto pause.having used the s8 a little bit im not impressed at all feels to tall and narrow and the unlock methods just feel wrong and awkward.plus dont like the curved screen samsung really have put everything into the curves now which i think is a mistake should be a flat screen option

Don't take what others are saying to serious. I've had the s6 edge for almost 20 months. I'd agree I wish I went for the s6 standard (same specs, 50mah more battery on the edge but that's nothing, tiny bit lighter, again nothing).
The edge features are meh. Just feel I could've gotten a better contract with an s6.
The phone has strong specs that I'm thinking of going SIM only on my upgrade.
My brother has an s7 and it's nice, but if money doesn't permit then I don't see the need. Sd card slot is great, and cameras a bit nicer but the rest won't be ground breaking.
An s6 for the price you've paid is decent and a s6 will get you by without worry. The battery isn't amazing on either s6 or edge, but lite use it'll last a day. Constant YouTube video it'll last a few hours.
But if you're seeing a big drop in battery try a full reset, and keep an eye on how quick it dies
If worrying speeds see if they will accept for repair or replacement.

(at bottom it says for me

If you have a bugged app from the recent firmware update, it could be hogging more resources, or can be pulling more battery/power out of the device.
It's usually suggested to reformat your devices after an update.
Please note you'll lose all data, so back up first.
