The plastic hinge looks pathetic as photographed in one of the Amazon reviews. Shame really as I can see that breaking easily after 10 minutes.

bought it recently...going to return it...looks cheap and nasty unfortunately. The top doesn't seem to click into place either on mine...just rests so when opening it wobbles from the top and it is narrow.

This bin is a nightmare to empty, it is solid at the bottom so that along with the vertical sides creates a vacuum which make pulling out the bag stupidly hard. We punctured the bnottom but it didn't help much. Recently bought a tapered replacement as we were so sick of it.
