Quality will be low. However, if you're looking for a drill set to put aside in-case the day ever comes that you need a drill for somewhere round the house, this could be the bargain you're looking for.

I had to drill a few holes to put up a TV bracket in a flat. Nothing special about the walls, but needed the holes to be 10 mm. I PRE DRILLED the holes to 8 mm while my sister went to get a 10 mm bit, but she bought a ROLSON set instead. and the 10 mm burnt out within SECONDS...in a pre-drilled hole?
