Looks a good price on this, lots of places selling for between £100-£200 It's a bit different from your standard steam iron and looks pretty funky. You can actually look right through it and see the clothes get ironed out (If that's your thing ) I think the blurb can describe it better than I can.

Vapour Mist Technology To remove creases when ironing you require heat, moisture and pressure. The Atomist Iron uses vapour mist technology to deliver moisture when ironing, rather than steam. The fine mist is delivered by a nozzle at the front of the iron and is activated by a trigger under the handle. The vapour mist penetrates deep into fibres and along with the thermoglass soleplate the iron gives the right amount of heat, moisture and pressure to remove creases with ease. As the water for the mist is not heated it will be limescale free always, giving longer lasting performance and no annoying marking of garments.
A New Way To Iron This patented technology makes ironing easy and gives your clothes a good finish without the need for steam, using 75 per cent less energy.
Fast Powerful Heat Up This iron heats up quickly and the impact resistant ceramic glass allows you to see creases disappear as you iron.
Refill Less Often The removable water tank can be filled straight from the tap, the iron uses 80 per cent less water and gives up to 2 hours continuous ironing time.
Precision Temperature Control ne-touch heat selection lets you select the right temperature for your clothes with ease.
Auto Shut Off If the iron has not been used for 10 minutes, the iron will automatically enter standby mode, both for safety and energy saving.
A Better Experience The vapour mist system is surprisingly quiet and doesn’t create the humidity like steam irons can.
It is also lightweight and ergonomically designed to make your ironing experience easier.
Integrated Cable Tidy When the product is not in use, the power cable can be stored neatly in the cable tidy located on the back of the water tank.

Purchased this at £49.99. Arrived in a few days. Looks amazing but ironing is just like a normal iron. DON'T expect anything more from this iron. No steam for the creases. The spray is just a fine mist spray. Have been trying to send this back but morphy richards don't seem to responding.Would recommend getting a proper steam iron for this prorice

Oops! Just realised that I missed the june49 code when I posted my previous comments - apologies if that was why the item was expired. Was available just now 27/06/2017 12:15pm
My £53 Amazon warehouse iron went missing at my work's post room for nearly a week.
Tried it this morning.
Unlike in some reviews, my iron does not take ages to warm up and conveniently beeps to let you know when it is ready.
Shirt ironed really easily this morning.
Cable is a bit clunky and so will have to change my method of ironing to stop it moving the item being ironed.
Atomist spray needs practice - a lot of moisture comes out quite quickly - need shorter bursts.
Good to be able to place the iron on the supplied sole plate, rather than worry about an iron toppling over.
I'd say it is worth £49.

Bother!
Saw deal when I was out at the weekend and left it too long to research.
Now £249.99 on Morphy Richards website.
Looking at the Good Housekeeping review, it looks like a lot punters have failed to read the manual - which persuaded me to pull the trigger, but too late :disappointed:
I had no idea that my life was missing having a see through iron in it nvm.
**edit - there's graded and refurbished on ebay £80/£90 and a few Amazon warehouse deals £50/£53.
I've gone for an Amazon warehouse deal, in case the product is a bad as some reviews suggest.

We used to sell this at Currys for around £200, looks like a bargain in terms of technology but the build quality wasn't great, cheap plastic on the iron broke within a month or so of being on display so we had to write it off

Yes but I don't think those people would have paid £50 for it they would have paid around the £200 mark for it
