Had these quite a few times, near identical to McDonalds Nuggets. If you like those then you'll probably like these, unless of course you have some weird complex about having to eat meat to prove something to yourself.
Heat from me as at £1 these are a bargain.

Really? It's basically reformed mushroom. Surely that's better than the garbage bits of a chicken?

theres a lot of debate as to whether quorn is a healthy food with a lot of people saying it isnt - for example because because its highly processed with quite a few additives and also because some people are allergic to it
think I'll stick to my £4 per kilo fresh chicken breasts with no added water or salt

on the scale of food items the best, greatest nugget in the universe is still pretty low down the list. Nuggets are ultimately a convenience food for lazy people :stuck_out_tongue:

This is probably the most intelligent pun I've read on HUKD!
Did you make it up yourself?
Edit, ok, you didn't make it up yourself but it's the first time I've seen it. It's hilarious!

Of course you've the added "No living being was killed in the making of this quorn"

The only "debate" is caused by FUD spread by unqualified shills, namely CSPI who are paid by Quorns biggest competitor (Garden Burger). There is exactly zero scientific evidence Quorn is bad for you. Trust me, I've looked, I've read all the evidence and opinions. I would also say I'm qualified to comment on it, since I'm studying medical statistics at a postgraduate level.
Comment about salt is bogus, it's a fraction of the daily RDA. Comments about allergic reactions is total BS because every single food can cause allergic reactions, and many (eg shellfish, peanuts, soya) vastly more so than Quorn.

To be fair I be there's loads of filth your Labrador eats without you knowing, they're greedy gits.
I would NEVER trust quackwatch. Read a bit more about the guy who founded it. Its full of lies and enterprise behind a lot of it. The latin name for quorn does mean poisonous and has affected a number of people. Its highly processed too.
