Might need firmware updates if your Blu-ray struggles,only ever had 1 problem of non delivery and they refunded straight away.

Luck of the draw I guess. I've had none, all my blu ray discs have skipped during play or scratches on them.

I've a feeling of deja vu here with you complaining about used Music Magpie BDs before. You have had heard of cleaning a disc haven't you? I own thousands of BDs, a lot bought second hand from Music Magpie, and if a disc has had issues I have taken a few seconds quick clean with a dry cloth and it has been perfect. BDs are extremely difficult to scratch as they are coated with a special layer to stop that happening. So, I have no idea what you are on about unless you have been unlucky and bought discs that have been wilfully attacked with screwdrivers or the like.

I reckon I've bought 200-300 cds/dvds/blu rays from Music Magpie. Probably 5% are coasters, but always got money back no problem.

As I have said before to you, it is nigh on impossible to scratch a Blu ray certainly not by normal handling. I think you have some sort of personal vendetta against Music Magpie. We are talking about Blu rays here and not DVDs or CDs which are easy to scratch. FYI I must have bought well over 200 used BDs from Music Magpie and not one has had any issues.
Sounds like you need to refrain from trolling.
