These are their 2016 Models AV Forums says the 2017 Models which are out now are comparable with the Big brands in some aspects better, they have an Upgraded OS -different interface ,newly designed remotes ,features etc.. guess that's why these are going cheap clearance i guess,
Ive got a Hisense compares well with the LG i have got think the picture quality is better on the Hisense just some minor back light bleeding issues audio too seems to be better ,but to be honest the LG is also a Mid range set overall slightly better than the Hisense but was more money .
as for the bigdeal person certainly has some issues , looks like he/she wants to always get the last word in might as well let it be lest tantrums be thrown XD . ignore list it is

If you cant understand basic comments and reviews that others have left on Amazon tha I have quoted then there is no help for you.

I wouldn't take advice from someone that can't spell or do basic maths. He arrived at 25% 1 star reviews...
Been checking around for comparable deals and for under £400 the options are hisense, second hand or down to 1080p. I don't understand how they're selling so cheap which is my main concern but heat added.
I would buy if I wasn't holding out for Amazon prime day next month.

ok not interested in being corrected about spelling mistakes, shows your mentality shining through, careful can you elaborate why I should be careful ?
your comment may be balanced to you,my comments when I licked on the link to Amazon show the telly and the comments and many are not good at all,If you think I have been deceived or others have been by reading the reviews then you should contact Amazon and put in a complaint.
Anyway have a good day and happy weekend

If you have told that , you need to learn how to write again "fella" its not me who have problems understanding stuff buddy , it is you who have got to be careful before you touch the key board bud, my comment is balanced hence i actually mentioned the buggy software could have skipped this but why should i ? Is this TV value for money yes it is.
Fanboy? Meh.. need i say more!! Good day to you too bud

I have told you fella, its in black and white, can you not read its in front of you and not made up,are all the people trying to deceive you ?
Can you quote where I have mentioned some sets have not been covered by warranty, you need to stop your fan boy ramblings and rethink before putting finger on key board.
Just read the last bit,I was correct a fan boy throwing the toys out,And your happy to put up with TV freezing and becoming laggy and having to reset ?
Says it all really, have a good day and goodbye...

What are you trying to say? You never owned this TV , you are making this up,
What you have wtitten is a combination of all the 1 star reviews taken from amazon reviews and making them look like you purchased this Tv Which you havent , dont try to mislead people i dont know what your agenda is , but if you arequoting 1 star reviews from amazon , which you are doing here , mqke sure you quoting it as such.
FYI: the OP's postis for M3300 (only had 40inch,50 and 55 inch models only) series there is no 49 inch model in this series 49 inch model is the M3000 series,
Note this TV has 2 year warranty, both above models came out june/july 2016
So they will wll be still under warranty ,
If any one makes up rubbish like this make sure you have atleast done your basic home work.
Btw i have had this Tv , it does have software problems, and freezing i gues this is buggy software, but dioes produce excellent picure . i did return it but this is mainly due to Argos sending me previously used units cleary customer returns. I couldnt trust Argos , that was the only reason , since then i have a hisense from amazon , no problems yet.

How's the input lag when you are gaming? Like shooters and racing games. Thinking of getting this and a ps4 pro for gaming.

Why did you not send it back to Amazon for a refund? Surely the warranty is longer than 5mths
bigdeal66
7 Jun 17#28
Really quick look through...
Amazon had sent us two faulty units within two weeks. What are the chances of that?! Return and refund
was ok to start with but after 5 weeks it developed a screen fault
Motion blur and haziness all over the place
Really not sure what to say....I set up the tv..right from the beginning the screen seemed to lighten and then go darker...I thought it was just a setting problem.....then darkness....nothing ...in the process of sending back
he TV software is the worst I have every come across and is laggy and poorly designed. I have a harmony smart remote and this TV is not compatible due to its poor operating system
Absolutely useless product less than 4 months old and the screen has a permanent 4 inch horizontal line all the way across..disgraceful
Remote has stopped working after 5 months and the TV is now inoperable. Called hisense tech yesterday and no ones come back to me.
Unusable since the Freeview Play update. Even Hisense openly acknowledge this and give you a download link to the older software!!!
Product arrived broken - pixel grid all creased up
Like many others I purchased this TV,(49inch version) based on the good reviews & competitive price. I was disappointed when I setup the TV & noticed a shadowing problem in the middle of the screen.
the tv would not power on... At all. Nothing, nada, nout
after the warranty ran out the tv went pop and a funny burnt smell,DO NOT BUY THIS MAKE OF TV,
Piece of crap, only had it 5 months and it stopped working

Bought one of these TV's from Amazon at the end of November as an upgrade from a 2009 37" HD ready Toshiba. First one sent by Amazon was faulty and then had issues with Amazon wanting me to arrange and pay for returning it.
We only watch programmes through Freeview and the picture quality on the HD channels is good.
We have watched 4k content on Amazon and YouTube and the picture is very good.
We have had a few issues lately with the television:
1) the EPG is sooooo slow since the Freeview play update and if you scroll back on the Freeview play EPG hardly any programmes actually show as available.
2) the television sometimes freezes meaning it has to be switched off and on using the switch in the bottom edge of the set.
Overall if you haven't got a top of the range AV set up and are only watching normal television programmes then I don't think you can go wrong with this TV.

Good price, had this set for around 6 months now, picture and audio are very good for the cash. Main downside for me personally are the sluggish navigation and power on times.

Going by many "reviews" of TVs the one star reviews are petty, or because they couldn't open the box it came in, it didn't have "Sony/Samsung/LG/Panasonic" etc on the front they were too dumb to figure the settings/Too dumb to know they have to plug it in first/And a host of other truly peabrained reasons
Though I will admit, if I'm going to spend hundreds I do want one of those brands (I'll be suspicious about the Panasonic after their Vestel stupidity) but I've seen these Hisense and they're superb value for money

bought the 43m3000 from Tesco deal for 299. I am heavily impresses with the sd channels. I just came off a 2016 sony 4k with all the whistles and bells and Android and the sd channels were heavily pixilated on it, it looked absolutley terrible. The picture is decent enough for the price. I'm happy with the hisense

Picture quality isn't great, I won't be buying Hisense again.

I've got the 49" version of this TV and it's stunning. Gaming, either through the PS4, PC or Switch is gorgeous (although I would recommend not bothering with the Game mode as it dulls the colours). The YouTube, Netflix and Amazon Prime apps work flawlessly with 4K looking as beautiful as you'd expect. Sound's not very good, but not a deal breaker for me. If you're after a cheap, 4K, Smart TV then I think this is a no-brainer.
