Someone's a bit touchy.
Do you know how long it takes to go through the process and then find out it's for new accounts?
Have a word with yourself.

Don't expect anything from customer services.....they have so many catalogues and so many different prices they confuse themselves and call centres all outside U.K and don't seem to be trained in English. I spent over 6 hours on the phone to them around Christmas and will now avoid at all costs.

Hmm 100% polyester. Would've bought if it were cotton. Still a decent deal though

Not good for babies. Natural.fabrics are much better

Think my little ones robe was bought via studio used it once even for a newborn its very thick, no good for this weather obviously so I wish it had been bought in a bigger size for when the winter came around, so what I'm trying to say is if you get one get size up and plan to use in winter only

Does my head in when people don't state that offers like free p&p is for new accounts only. It's soooooooo annoying.
