Define big leap. It's roughly 50 percent faster at 1080p.

I'm looking to set up a new pc for playing elite dangerous been a while since I've built a gaming rig so abit out of touch.
I've been given a Intel dq67sw with an i5 cpu. Which will be temporary till I have more cash to upgrade to a new models.
Would this card do the job or should I look at a 1060 6gb model card
Also any other recommendations for a case which will house it all but can fit on a tv stand as it's the only room I have for a pc.

I bought one of these https://www.scan.co.uk/products/cooltek-g3-home-theater-120mm-silent-fan-htpc-desktop-case http://www.cooltek.de/en/jonsbo/g3/151/g3
It's a very nice case to work with, takes full size components with the exception of taller GPU and CPU coolers so you have check dimensions for those
I was actually going to buy this Palit 1050ti for that HTPC case but last night I noticed someone selling a two month old EVGA 1060 SC 6GB for £195 delivered so decided that was the better deal and swiftly purchased

1 to 3 weeks delivery time showing for me, although there is a used 'very good' condition on amazon warehouse for 117 if you don't fancy the wait

Would this be an improvement on a GTX770?

Meh, not really. Performance is in a similar ballpark but the 770 seems to be ahead in a few areas.

Extra VRAM helps with some titles, assuming you have the 2gb version, but only marginally faster in general.

Also code usually needs be activated via geforce experience and it looks for a card linked to the offer.

Thank you, that's a big enough difference. Just want something affordable that can comfortably handle the majority of games in 1080p with little power draw. Have been considering the 1060 but cost is a major factor for me too.

Worth noting that the Rocket League bundle offer ends on the 31st of July and you can only redeem the game via the GeForce Experience client so you won't be able to trade/give it to someone else. More info can be found here.

Would this be a big leap, in terms of performance, from a 750ti?
