Having recently contracted Man-flu, ive found these to be excellent in easing the walking dead like symptoms. Expiry date is Nov 17 and these sell for in excess of £5 most places. So to all my brothers out there, it's worth stocking up at this price in case you to get the dreaded "worse than child birth" man-flu. They also sold me three packets without question and unlike other brands you take every 8 hours rather than every four hours so the're even better value for money. Must crawl back to bed now!

Apologies it was a .co.uk site and thought it was good site. You are right these, unfortunately do not have ingredients used by "the one who knocks". These contain phenylephrine hydrochloride. I also appreciate that supermarkets own brands can be as good as brand names and pills marketed for period pains, back pains and other pains can be exactly the same as the standard product. However these i dont believe fall into this category and from someone who will normally avoid taking pills, i have to say these have worked wonders on my sinuses, neck pains, sore throat etc. For a pound you are getting more than a normal packet of nurofen and these still remain to be over £5 eveywhere i have looked.

I'm not sure that article you've linked to is relevant to UK products, as I was under the impression that no products containing 'pseudo' were available over the counter here due to the use of that ingredient in making crystal meth (google 'smurfing' for more info on that). As other posters have stated, i'm pretty sure that generics of this are indeed cheaper, although i'm happy to be corrected.
I doubt it. Evidently you have not read about the Australian case where they were banned by the government for describing the same product for doing different things to corner certain markets.
