There are at Tesco and normal price is £1.50, which is the same as Asda's for one less (to be honest, I have picked up packets from Tesco with 4 in on a couple of occasions, so it must be Asda stock that crept through).

Anyone would think Asda were trying to con you into thinking they were cheap when in fact they are the only supermarket that sell these in 4s rather than 5s.

Have just had an argument with our local Asda over the telephone (Hunts Cross) about these as they still have them at the original price of £1.28 in store. The other half scanned them while there and they came up at full price and he took them to the CS desk and they wouldn't budge on the price saying that it's a special online price even though it has the 75p price 'On Rollback' on their website. i telephoned to query about it and they still maintained that it's not available in store and that they have different prices to online.
Here's me thinking 'Rollback' applied to both instore and online :/

It's more a case of principle now. If it was the first time, it wouldn't have bothered me that much, but It's happened a few times over the years and have also had trouble with their online grocery service which is appalling too. Had enough.
And anyway, if your comment to deal ratio is anything to go by, maybe you should put a bit of the spare time that you seem to have in to actually posting a deal every now and then rather than making snide comments.

Still cheaper per bagel than Tesco currently!
Asda - 75p for 4 = 18.75p each
Tesco - £1.50 for 5 = 30p each
