Just popped to my local Asda (Taunton) and they have this nerf gun reduced from £90 to £45 and now down to £30. My little boy was desperate for this but I refused to spend almost 50 quid on a toy - have bought this to put away for his bday!
Having checked on google, these are £89.99 on amazon and at least £85 on eBay - it's a bit of a bargain!

The darts are light and have soft tips and only fire at about 40mph. It bloody stings if you get one in the eye but it's pretty safe- within the EU's strict toy safety guidelines. We still always say wear protective glasses anyway just to stop a bad hit spoiling anyone's game.
You need to be very careful if you buy cheap darts though, none of them are CE tested and some have rock solid tips.You'll end up wanting more as they do wear out pretty quick as well as getting lost, and official nerf darts are bloody expensive so it's tempting to just get the cheapest but don't.
These are fantastic: a safe soft tip, and they even shoot more accurately than the genuine ones, and cost a fraction as much. They work well in all nerf guns.
