Ok, sorted it, for some reason the code SH65 works on the lacoste, but not SHA5!

Ive got a bottle of lacoste in the shopping basket and its saying SHA5 not eligible with this order!* Edit
When I first apply code at basket it says successfully applied, however, when I go to check out and try it, it then says the code can't be applied to that order! Any ideas anyone?
