Loads of Marvel comics have had their prices slashed for the Kindle. And if you have comixolgy, you'll get the comics there, too.
Not sure when it expires, though. Some examples: Planet Hulk £4.20 Deadpool kills the Marvel universe £2.19 Xmen God Loves Mankind Kills £0.60
I think the Star Wars comics are also included

Thanks, picked up Man Without Fear and Infinity Gauntlet for buttons. To be fair I think Plant Hulk was only a couple of quid not too long back, kicking myself for not picking it up then...

For just under £5 a month you can get Marvel Unlimited. Not the same I know but worth mentioning

Thats more like £9.99 a month I'm sure i paid, and when i had it, theres a ton of stuff missing like the punisher max, and when your sub runs out you lose access, unlike these i now get to keep for when i want to in my own time even if its a year from now, who is to say in a year if the series i started will still be on that service? And the max amount of downloaded offline comics is 12 issues, whereas with this you can have as many as your device can hold space wise on the kindle/comixology when you buy these.
That said i agree, if your not bothered about keeping them for the future and only wanna read them once, or have never read any marvel, shard is right to suggest Marvel Unlimited there is over 10,000 marvel comics on there, it really is the netflix of marvel comics as they say, or Spotify or whatever, so go ahead and sub to that.
I hope that rumoured D.C version of that comes to the UK this year, as a fan of D.C shows/Cartoons etc i have read very little D.C even tho my Avatar is of BMTAS, there is a Hush collection of Batman for like £4 odd and i believe there is some Wonder Woman onsale too

There is a almost 800 page Deadpool Adamantium collection for £4 odd, so i had to have that, a spiderman by Stan Lee from the 90's for like 35p, infact i had a few for under a £1, which is a nice price for digital graphic Novels, theres a Thanos one under £1, umm Venom, Anti- Venom, theres a Dr Doom one or was it FF and Doom? for 99p too
Some look really really good, i bet i bought one or two naff ones, but to be honest for the price i dont mind.

I assumed you would go for the cheapest option, which is $69 a year, which at the present exchange rate is £53 a year, or £4.45 a month.
Back when I used it it was £3.90 a month but the pound has gone down a lot since then

I'm not a comic book reader, does anyone care to suggest a stand-alone or short comic book in this deal? I have no idea about the various universes or back stories.

Planet Hulk
Pretty much self contained, and a fantastic story

Vision volumes 1 and 2 make up a complete story for £1.80 per volume. My favourite comics of recent years.

Deadpool kills the marvel universe. Or any Deadpool for that matter.
On a side note, I've only just got around to Punisher Max, and having finished it this weekend I can honestly say it's in my top 2-3 series of all time, and a definite recommend to newbies and non-comic readers alike. The explicit adult tone and real world setting is gritty, enjoyable stuff.
