I was looking for a 49inch 4k tv and planning to buy the Hisense but after reviews decided to opt for another make and came across this at Richer Sounds. This is cheapest I have seen comparing to Currys and Argos but comes with 6yr guarantee as added bonus.

So, if my budget is say £600 limit, is it surely better to ignore the HDR side of things as a pointless feature at that price range and just go the the best reviewed 4k that budget allows?.
As seems everything at this price range is likely only an 8bit HDR panel with more 10bit HDR comparability?.

I've been looking to make an upgrade from my Sony 50W809C to a 4k HDR TV but every time I think I've found a decent TV, it turns out to be ****. Is there even any point upgrading unless it's a £1500-£2k OLED TV?

Ok so just learned that RGBW is crap but any one know what RGBW stands for?
But the specs state HDR 10 bit?. So are some saying both LG and Richer Sounds are lying and making false representation of the HDR on this model?. I might be looking for a new TV soon and don't want to get caught out by false manufacturer and retailer claims.

I read this comment and it conjured up images of throwing it out of a hotel window from several stories up. Although 2 years would be a long time to take to hit the ground if it really were going fast.

If it's the 615V it has really bad light bleeding. Just had mine refunded after having it 11 month and bought a Sony instead. The smart features completely stopped working even after rebooting it wouldn't work.
