Don't forget these contain alcohol and as such are haram for Muslims. For everyone else except devout Christians go knock yourselves out

the filo pastry doesn't contain alcohol you can go check the ingredients yourself to verify. please verify before spouting off "facts" which aren't true.

no filo pastry doesn't have alcohol in it at all neither the frozen nor the fresh. it's the puff and shortcrust pastry that has alcohol in the fridge not the freezer ones.

Yes the filo puff pastry does contain alcohol and it's a shame that Muslims are not aware of this. The suggestion that it vaporises in the oven is the same as saying I can pour wine into a curry only for it to vaporise.
Best practice is to avoid this company until they decide that alcohol in pastry is not needed.
