These don't come down in price often. Says wait 2 to 5 weeks but my experience is things often come faster from Amazon.
Currently £9.50 if you can find any left in an Asda but stores I've checked don't have any.
I've tried the more expensive Hue Tap, and I think this is the more useful if the two. The on button let's you cycle through 5 scenes, plus you get dimmer buttons and an off switch. The tap is just 4 buttons that are primarily aimed at selecting a scene, though more can be done with the hue labs section of the app. The dimmer uses a battery, whereas the tap doesn't but takes more effort yo press the buttons.

The dimmer switch is the best product in the Hue range. Really adaptable. Get the iConnectHue app and you can also do lots more.

about time these came down in price, I love them.
I have one in the bathroom, and it's great because it means we no longer get the clunk of the pull light at night.

Got one of these but quite often it fails to register a click. Is it faulty or just too far from my router/hub?

i have not had that problem at all, do you use hue bulbs as they form a mesh network? otherwise battery?

it's possible to change the channel the Hue bridge uses by going into settings, hue bridges, press the i, then press zigbee at the bottom. I'm not certain this will fix presses not being registered but worth a try.

Ive got 2 of these in the house. 1 in the living room and the other 1 in my bedroom. In my bathroom ive got the motion sensor and its a great piece of kit too. I just walk in and on comes the light

Yes I have all hue bulbs, it's been doing it since new so the batteries should be OK

Totally agree with your comments, I was expecting great things from the tap after already having this hue dimmer remote but the hue dimmer remote is far better for me, although can see why some like the tap. The buttons on the tap are a lot more awkward, it should be called the push not tap!
Have some heat, a £2 saving is a saving. Wish the motion sensor would come down.

Apparently Yeelights use wifi, not the zigbee protocol, so no.
