I love the picture on my set. Surprisingly good for the money....
However.... the interface is very laggy/slow with the latest firmware on it. It probably takes 5-7 seconds to change channel which is INSANELY annoying! Does anybody else have the same problem?

Absolute garbage. Just returned 2 units and went with an LG instead. TV kept freezing up and wouldn't receive remote commands for an amount of time until it decided to work again. This even happened when the TV was off, wouldn't switch on with the remote. Both TVs had the exact same fault. Pay the extra and get a decent brand.

I've had this model for 8-9 months, it's really impressive TV for the money, sound is good and pictures look great in 4k
Yes there will be better models around but for a load more cash.
Just for reference I paid £285 but after owning would have been happy to pay more.

This was colder at £299 a few weeks ago, it should really be dropping to sub £299 with hisense due to release new models soon

I had 1 of these, in fact I had 2 because I had to swap the first and then get a refund on the second. . I know they're cheap so I didn't expect something amazing but when it can't even produce bright colours in game mode without strange artifacting around edges, it's useless.

Is this not the RRP? I posted this for £299 at Argos last week and has gone back up to normal price
