Gamestop US have the digital copy of Has-Been Heroes for $9.99, as the Switch is region free you can buy it and apply it to an american account to download. When I did this earlier it was 8.12 however this may fluctuate slightly.
To be able to purchase it you will need to: 1. Use Paypal checkout 2. Use a random US address (optional choose a tax free state such as Alaska - although I think digital is tax-free but no harm in being safe) 3. Follow the rest of the purchase as you would normally) 4. You will need to confirm the order back on the gamestop website 5. The code will be on the final e-receipt under the title (I still haven't received an email so assuming I won't) This is important as once the page is left you may lose access to the code 6. Enter that code on the eshop using an american account.
You will need to have an American account on you Switch for this to be downloadable.
It may be a little bit of work but you save £10 so worth it I think. I wasn't going to try this game at all but for £8 I don't mind if I don't enjoy it too much

Actually in the US at the moment, did this, got code, got confirmation emails, code doesn't work, no history of order on gamestop, this this is iffy at best, but good effort but OP. Contacted Customer Service as I'm actually buying it legit!

i followed the steps and it's gone back to GameStop and says paypal unavailable, checking out on their card payment with a uk address doesn't work, us address in their card checkout bounced as its different than the one in my bank card. any advice?

I've tried 3 times but gamestop cancel my order. Not sure if it's because of my debit card or not. I've used a us address and paypal but no joy. If anyone is willing to do the process and sell me a code, that would be greatly appreciated! :smiley:

I've put a lot of time into this, it could even be my most played Switch game. It's brilliant. Steep learning curve, which I think is responsible for the negative reviews, but once it clicks for you it's impossible to put down. I highly recommend it.
